Returns

Due to the hygienic and personal care nature of this product, it is not eligible for return or refund.

All sales are final. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that this product cannot be returned once delivered.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction, or any reason other than verified damage or shipping error.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@paw-labs.com with your order number and clear photographic evidence. If the claim is verified, we may issue a replacement at our discretion.

Items sent back to us without prior written authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products), for hygiene and safety reasons.

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases are also non-returnable.

Please note: The 60-Day Results Guarantee is a limited effectiveness-based refund policy and does not override hygiene-related non-returnability except as expressly stated above.

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the product you have (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, place a new order separately.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your request (or reviewed your Results Guarantee request) and inform you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
